Giving a new app a try on my phone, which seems to already be very popular even though I have never heard of it before: Lose It!
I would so love to be able to one day live without counting calories and still be getting healthier, but I have not yet developed that skill. So counting calories it is.
Let’s be realistic. I don’t need to eat the amount I do. I tend to automatically fix myself a larger serving than I give my kids, and when asked I say it is because I am an adult and therefore need more. But really, when you add it all up, it is more than I need.
Too much healthy food is too much food.
When they go to bed, we usually have something else. Sometimes it is healthy, sometimes it is not.
Perhaps a better choice would be making myself tea instead. A large pot of decaf tea. I will try to implement that tonight. No, I will do that tonight.
I rose with the day on a better note than others, and fixed myself a smaller breakfast, then gathered a smaller lunch. Oh, Won’t Power, be with me today!
